Cancelling/Changing An Order
Once you complete checkout for your order on the marketplace, your order cannot be canceled or changed. Please make sure all details of your order are correct before placing your order. If you have changed your mind about any item after you have received it, you may return it for a refund in accordance with our return policy. |

We select the fastest method of delivery depending on your shipping destination. Unfortunately, given constraints on shipping weights and destinations, some orders may not be eligible for expedited international shipping and are shipped via standard international shipping. Tracking is not available for international orders. Please be aware that the customer is responsible for all taxes and fees associated with the delivery of the order. |

Delivery to Prisons
We are currently unable to deliver orders to prisons. We are also unable to honor special instructions for any orders if those instructions are to ship the item(s) to an inmate as a gift or as the shipping address for the order. To avoid problems with the delivery of your order to a prison, we recommend that you have the order shipped to another address then have the person at that address mail it directly to the prison. |

Terms of Sale
Paperleaf Books guarantees the condition of every book as it's described on the marketplace websites. If you're dissatisfied with your purchase (Incorrect Book/Not as Described/Damaged) or if the order hasn't arrived, you're eligible for a refund within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. If you've changed your mind about a book that you've ordered, please use the Contact Us form to notify us of your return. |

Refunds
Please make sure to contact us before mailing your return so that we can update the status of your order to "return" in our system. This will ensure that your refund is processed quickly. We recommend that you purchase insurance for your return and ship the item via a trackable carrier method. We cannot process a refund for an item lost during return shipment.
If any error was made on our part (Incorrect Book/Not as Described/Damaged/Order Not Received), we will issue a full refund including shipping costs upon receipt of the return. However, if you have decided to return the item for any other reason, please not that only the purchase price will be refunded. You will not receive reimbursement for the shipping costs.
All returned items must match the original condition or description of the item purchased in order to be eligible for a refund. |
